You can easily book by selecting a vehicle → setting dates/cities → entering driver information → completing payment on our website. You can also book via KakaoTalk or WhatsApp.

It depends on how you pay. If you pay online by card, your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. If you choose to pay at pick-up, your booking is received first and our team confirms it after checking the vehicle and schedule.

Up to 48 hours before pick-up, you can request a change or cancellation yourself on the Booking Lookup page. For bookings paid online, cancelling by then gets you a refund minus a 5% payment fee. With less than 48 hours to go, please contact us via KakaoTalk or WhatsApp; cancelling a booking paid online at that point costs 1 to 3 days' rental, depending on how late you cancel.

You can choose online card payment or payment at pick-up. With online card payment you pay the full rental when you book and get 10% off the vehicle rental; with payment at pick-up you pay when you collect the car (no discount). Online, you can pay with the cards shown on the payment page, such as Visa and Mastercard, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay (we do not accept American Express). If you choose corporate payment, enter your company details and we can issue an invoice.

Enter the coupon code at the payment step and the discount will be applied to the rental fee. Coupons only apply to rental fees, not to additional services like insurance or vignettes.

Exit arrivals at Terminal 2A or 2B and go down to the lower car park in front of the terminal. At the parking office, contact us with the total number of people and pieces of luggage, and our white pickup van (Ford) will come to you. Step-by-step photos are on the Pickup & Return guide page.

Yes, pick-up is available at our Budapest city office (Frangepán u. 32, 1139). You can visit by public transport/taxi, or drive to the parking entrance.

Yes, you can pick up or return the car at your accommodation in Budapest. Each trip to your accommodation costs from €19, depending on the distance from our office. The booking total includes the €19 base fee, and after you book, our team will let you know any distance surcharge. In step 1 of the booking, choose "Your hotel (Budapest)" as the location, and enter your accommodation name in step 5. You can also choose your hotel in Vienna or Prague; there it is a single fee regardless of distance (the city's location fee plus €19).

Yes. Between Budapest, Vienna and Prague you can pick up and return in different cities. There is no separate one-way fee: a location fee applies each time you pick up or return in Vienna or Prague, and you can see it on the booking screen. Returns outside these three cities may cost extra, so please ask us first.

All vehicles include statutory third-party liability insurance, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP (Theft Protection) as standard. Basic insurance includes a deductible.

The 0% deductible (full coverage, ZDW) is included in the Smart and Premium packages and waives your deductible for vehicle damage. It applies only to the first covered damage within the same rental period, the damage must be reported to us immediately at the scene, and traffic accidents require an accident report issued by the local police. From the second damage onward, the deductible set out in our Terms applies.

Windshield damage and tire puncture repair costs are covered by us only with the Smart and Premium packages (0% deductible). With the Basic package (20% deductible), they are charged to the renter. Tire breakage (sidewall damage, bulges, tears), wheel damage and damage from driving on a flat tire are never covered, regardless of package.

You can travel freely between EU and Schengen countries without applying in advance, and there is no cross-border fee. For any other country, please ask us before you set off, as you need our permission in advance. Motorways in many countries require a vignette, and each country has its own. The Hungarian vignette is included in your rental, and vignettes for Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia can be added as options when you book. A vignette is a European highway toll sticker. You need one to drive on motorways in Hungary, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other countries. The Hungarian vignette is included in your rental.

The Hungarian motorway vignette is included in your rental. Vignettes for Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia can be ordered during booking. They will be pre-registered to your vehicle, so no separate purchase is necessary.

Fine notices are sent to us as the registered owner of the car. In most cases we pay the authority and then charge you the fine plus a €30 handling fee per notice, together with a copy of the notice. Depending on the country, a notice can arrive anywhere from a few weeks to almost a year after the offence.

Each driver needs a passport, their original driver's license (held for at least 1 year) and, if the license was issued outside the EU, an International Driving Permit obtained in your home country before you travel. An English-language license does not replace the International Driving Permit. The deposit is pre-authorized on a card in the driver's name: a credit card is recommended, but debit cards are also accepted.

Yes, additional drivers can be registered. Additional drivers also need the same documents (home country license, International Driving Permit, passport) and additional fees may apply.

The minimum age is 21. Drivers under 25 pay a surcharge of €15 per day. Drivers who have held their license for less than 1 year generally cannot rent.

Yes, we are Korean-operated, so you can receive Korean-language assistance throughout the entire process from booking to pick-up/return. Real-time chat support is available via KakaoTalk or WhatsApp.

Most vehicles support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. We recommend connecting your smartphone with Google Maps or Waze.

Yes, child car seats (ages 0-12) are available for rent. Please request in advance during booking or via KakaoTalk/WhatsApp.
