Cancellation and modification are available up to 48 hours before pick-up; refunds are issued minus a 5% payment fee. For changes within 48 hours, please contact us via KakaoTalk or WhatsApp.

Personal payment (credit card) and corporate payment are available. For corporate payment, invoices can be issued after entering company information.

Enter the coupon code at the payment step and the discount will be applied to the rental fee. Coupons only apply to rental fees, not to additional services like insurance or vignettes.

Yes, pick-up is available at our Budapest city office (Frangepán u. 32, 1139). You can visit by public transport/taxi, or drive to the parking entrance.

Yes, you can rent in Budapest and return in Vienna/Prague or vice versa. A one-way return fee applies, and the exact amount can be confirmed during booking.

All vehicles include CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP (Third Party Liability) as standard. Basic insurance includes a deductible.

The 0% deductible waives your out-of-pocket costs for vehicle damage that would otherwise be your responsibility under the standard CDW.

With 0% deductible, tire puncture and windshield damage repair costs are covered by us. (Tire sidewall damage is charged at actual cost)

A vignette is a European highway toll sticker. It is mandatory for highway use in Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and other countries.

You can order vignettes for the countries you need during booking. They will be pre-registered to your vehicle, so no separate purchase is necessary.

You need a valid driver's license, passport, and International Driving Permit. The International Driving Permit must be obtained in your home country before arrival.

Yes, additional drivers can be registered. Additional drivers also need the same documents (home country license, International Driving Permit, passport) and additional fees may apply.

Renters must be 25 years old or above.

Yes, we are Korean-operated, so you can receive Korean-language assistance throughout the entire process from booking to pick-up/return. Real-time chat support is available via KakaoTalk or WhatsApp.

Most vehicles support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. We recommend connecting your smartphone with Google Maps or Waze.

Yes, child car seats (ages 0-12) are available for rent. Please request in advance during booking or via KakaoTalk/WhatsApp.
