Exclusions

CDW Does Not Cover

Insurance does not cover the following cases. All costs will be the renter's responsibility.

✗Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or substances affecting driving ability
✗Accidents caused by significantly exceeding the speed limit
✗Collisions with height-restricted structures or barriers that were not fully open
✗Underbody damage from driving on unpaved or poorly maintained roads
✗Saltwater or sand damage from beach driving
✗Engine damage from driving through flooded roads
✗Engine damage from wrong fuel or ignoring warning lights
✗Wheel damage from driving on a flat tire
✗Interior contamination, odor, or damage
✗Lost vehicle keys or keys locked inside the vehicle
✗Vehicle theft due to leaving the car unlocked
✗Vehicle rollover accidents
✗Loss of keys, license plates, registration documents, emergency kits, spare tire, or accessories
✗Missing required documents (police report, accident report, etc.) after a traffic accident
✗Towing costs due to renter/driver negligence
✗Driving in excluded countries (e.g., Russia, Ukraine, Turkey)
✗Damage from improper parking
