Pick-up & Return Guide

City-by-city vehicle pick-up and return locations and procedures.

1. Advance Request

  1. 1For a smooth pick-up, please inform us of the exact number of passengers and luggage pieces in advance.

2. Arrival & Meeting Point (Parking Office)

  1. 1After exiting arrivals (2A or 2B), go down to the lower parking lot in front of the terminal.
  2. 2From either 2A or 2B, you can take the stairs straight down (green solid line) or walk around via the ramp (orange dashed line).
  3. 3When you arrive in front of the parking office, please contact us and tell us the total number of passengers and pieces of luggage.
  4. 4A white pick-up van (Ford) will come to the front of the parking office. (Vehicle may vary depending on dispatch conditions.)

3. Transfer & Pick-up

  1. 1Board the provided transfer vehicle to our garage.
  2. 2The ride to the garage takes about 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3At the garage, the deposit is pre-authorized on your card and you pick up your car. If you chose to pay at pick-up, you also pay the rental fee here.

Return Procedure

  1. 1Arrive at the return parking lot (MoPark) and park the vehicle in front of the office.
  2. 2Go to the office, hand in the vehicle key, and complete the return procedure.
  3. 3After the return, we will provide a transfer to the airport.
ImportantAdvance notice is required for any schedule changes. Please be sure to contact us if your return will be delayed.
