Pick-up & Return Guide

City-by-city vehicle pick-up and return locations and procedures.

1. Advance Request

  1. 1For a smooth pick-up, please inform us of the exact number of passengers and luggage pieces in advance.

2. Arrival & Meeting Point

  1. 1Please proceed to ZONE 7 on the airport arrivals floor.
  2. 2Please contact us once you arrive at ZONE 7.
  3. 3A white pick-up van (Ford) will proceed to ZONE 7. (Vehicle may vary depending on dispatch conditions.)

3. Transfer & Rental

  1. 1Board the provided transfer vehicle to our garage.
  2. 2The ride to the garage takes about 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3Vehicle rental and payment will be processed upon arrival at the garage.

Return Procedure

  1. 1Arrive at the return parking lot (MoPark) and park the vehicle in front of the office.
  2. 2Go to the office, hand in the vehicle key, and complete the return procedure.
  3. 3After the return, we will provide a transfer to the airport.
