It depends on how you pay. If you pay online by card, your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. If you choose to pay at pick-up, your booking is received first and our team confirms it after checking the vehicle and schedule.
Each driver needs a valid passport, their original driver's license (held for at least 1 year) and, if the license was issued outside the EU, an International Driving Permit. The deposit is pre-authorized on a card in the driver's name: a credit card is recommended, but debit cards are also accepted.
Basic insurance (20% deductible) is included. You can upgrade to full coverage insurance (0% deductible) for an additional fee.
Yes. Between Budapest, Vienna and Prague you can pick up in one city and return in another. Picking up or returning in Vienna or Prague adds a location fee, which you can see on the booking screen. Returns outside these three cities may cost extra, so please contact us first.
